If you realize there’s a mistake in your address, please contact us as soon as possible so we can correct it before the order ships. Once an order has left our warehouse, we won’t be able to change the address.

Upon receiving the item, we will process a refund or exchange as requested. Refunds are typically processed within 1-2 days after receiving the item. Credit card refunds may take up to 5 business days to appear in your account. We offer refunds through credit card and PayPal.
